San Pedro del Pinatar is bathed by Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lake in the world. Thanks to our enviable climate, the excellent temperature of its waters and the scarcity of swell throughout most of the year, Mar Menor is an excellent location for water sports.

In San Pedro del Pinatar you will find numerous schools and clubs where you can hire the material you need to enjoy some water sports. You can also hire a monitor who will provide you with an introduction to these activities.

Currently, Aparthotel Bahía has an agreement in place with Socaire Sailing School, allowing you to hire all the equipment you will need to enjoy water sports like light sailing, windsurfing and catamaran rides.

Mar Menor is a saltwater lake situated next to the Mediterranean Sea in the region of Murcia (Spain). Its special ecological and natural features make it a unique setting and the largest saltwater lake in Europe.
